HP-35 columns belong in Agilent’s family of phenyl substituted methyl siloxane capillary columns. This phase has been specified by EPA Method 8081 and USP G-42. HP-35's intermediate polarity makes it a good alternative for the analysis of pesticides, herbicides, pharmaceuticals, and amines.

• Midpolarity—slightly more polar than HP-35

• Inert to active solutes
• Ideal for confirmational analyses
• Bonded and cross-linked and solvent rinsable
